Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery address, parcel and available courier services.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed, subject to stock and courier availability. Main-centre deliveries typically arrive within 1–5 working days after dispatch. Outlying and regional areas may take longer.

Once your order has been booked or dispatched, we'll send tracking information where available.

Something gone wrong?

If your parcel arrives damaged, something is missing or you've received the wrong item, contact Bleasure as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the parcel and products received.

Where possible, please let us know within 48 hours so we can investigate quickly.
